Stuffed French Toast

8:00 EGGS: In a KitchenAid, beat 2 EGG per person. Add butter to frying pan and cook on slow.


8:05 Turn griddles on to 250.

In a KitchenAid, mix:

  • Eggs 1/2 egg per person
  • Milk (cups) 1/4 cup per person
  • Vanilla (tsp) 1/4 tsp per person
  • Orange Extract (tsp) 1/4 tsp per person
  • Cinnamon (tsp) 1/4 tsp per person
  • Nutmeg (tsp) 1/8 tsp per person

Dip and cook with 1 TBSP Butter for each. 12 minutes per side on 250.

Add more butter. Cook 12 minutes per side.


ORANGE SYRUP: Warm-up Syrup on low setting for 1 minute at a time till warm. Put Syrup in containers.


8:30 Add cheese and Italian Herbs to eggs and serve.
