Reflecting the New Mexican passion for chilies, this room has a comfortable king size bed, a private outside entrance with a rustic portal. Enjoy the beautiful sunset from your portal or from your bed. It is an easy walk to Historic Santa Fe Plaza and all the downtown restaurants and museums. For winter activities, we are only 15 miles up the mountain to Ski Santa Fe!

The private bathroom is a shower and tub combination.

To find Chili Pepper Room, please go just 5 steps towards the patio under the big fir tree, Chili Pepper is the first portal (porch) after the main door. It has a Red Chili Pepper next to the door.

THE HISTORIC PLAZA

The historic plaza area starts two blocks from the B&B, and the actual plaza is only half a mile (four blocks).
Though most guests walk to the plaza, you can also drive to the Plaza. The only parking in the Plaza area is paid-parking, and sometimes hard to find. That is why most guests walk to the Plaza.

We will send you a new door code by 3 PM on the day of your check-in. If you don’t have a code by then, please text or call us at 505.216.7516 and we will send you the new code.

TELEVISION

Please use the ROKU remote control to turn the TV On (or Off). It takes a minute for TV to turn on. Using Roku remote control, please select Xfinity. Select Live TV. Watch any channel you like. HBO and Showtime are included.

HEATING

HEATING: Your room has baseboard heating. The temperature control is on the facing wall to the entrance door, on the left side of the closet.

Please adjust the temperature to your liking. Please remember that the baseboard heating takes a bit longer to reach the desired temperature.

BOOSTER HEATER: If you need a booster heater, there is a wall-mounted Fujitsu heater with a white Fujitsu remote control. Please note that the room temperature will go up to the higher of the two temperatures that you set. To Start or Stop the Fujitsu heater, please point the Fujitsu remote control to the wall unit and push the yellow Start/Stop button. Use the Temp button (under the Start/Stop button) to increase or decrease the temperature. Using any other buttons will result in the system not working at all. Please let us know if that happens, and we can fix it for you.

AIR CONDITIONER

AIR-CONDITIONER: Your room has a Fujitsu split-unit wall-mounted air-conditioner with a white Fujitsu remote control. To Start or Stop the AC, please point the Fujitsu remote control to the wall unit and push the yellow Start/Stop button. Use the Temp button (under the Start/Stop button) to increase or decrease the temperature. Using any other buttons will result in the system not working at all. Please let us know if that happens, and we can fix it for you.
