This part of the Dale Ball Trails is close to Santa Fe toward the Santa Fe ski basin. It is a well-marked and an easy trail with nice views of Santa Fe.You can have a quick hike for 15 minutes or go for a 5 miles full loop.
Go to Artist Road/Hyde Park Road towards the ski basin.Go around 2.5 miles and turn left on Sierra del Norte.The free parking for the trail is on the right.
Driving distance round trip 6 miles/15 minutes
Hiking distance round trip 5 miles/3 hours
